We collect, store, and process your data for processing the purchases on the Site and any possible claims later on, and to provide you with our services. We may collect personal information including, but not limited to, your title, name, gender, date of birth, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different), telephone number, mobile number, fax number, payment details, payment card details or bank account details.

Here you can view the details of your orders that have been completed, those which are open and those which are short to be dispatched and administer your address details, bank details (for refund purposes), and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed. You have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data free of charge. Refund Policy :
We aim to give 100 % customer satisfaction but at times the order processing might not have gone to your expectation but we are here to resolve all customer issues.
Please ensure you inspect your order. If there is any issue with your order please notify us immediately or not later than seven days of delivery.
The best way to reach us is through email. You can either email the person you placed the order with or send us an email at info@camletimports.com.
We may request collection of the order so that we can inspect the goods, please do not distribute any part of the order and make sure the product is unused and is in the original packing.
Once the order has been collected and quality-checked and we have confirmed that either the product or the print is faulty, we will return the faulty portion of the order or give a refund equal to the value of the faulty portion of the order within 14 working days.
Decorated merchandise are not returnable.All returns are subject to 15 % restocking fees.
We cannot refund the shipping cost that we paid to the carrier to ship your products.
Full refund is only applicable for damaged or wrong item orders.
Shipping and Deliveries :
Camlet offers its customers reliable and cheap carriers in order to make sure you get your order on time.Our standard delivery time for blank merchandise is 4-5 business days.
If your order is placed before 2:00 pm ET it will be processed on the same day and if your order is placed after 2:00 pm ET it will be processed the next day.
There might be delay of one or two business days during peak time, if your order is delay we will inform you through email.
